CTI provides polychlorinated naphthalene testing services related to rail transit ships and aviation, in accordance with the International Maritime Organization 2009 Hong Kong International Convention on Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships and the Marine Environmental Protection Committee meeting resolution (MEPC.269(68)). The 2015 Hazardous Substances Inventory Compilation Guidelines and European Regulation No. 1257/2013 and customer requirements to test the content of PCNs in samples.
